Shareholders' Meeting

Dear Shareholders,

the General of Meeting of Shareholders of Sangui BioTech International, Inc., was held in Witten, Germany on November 18, 2008.

For your information please find here the Board of Directors' Report and the presentation displayed on this occasion. Please note that the report was held in German, so the manuscript is available in German only at present. A recording of the simultaneous translation will be available soon.

Adjournment of the meeting:

After the report and a general debate about different topics, the meeting has been adjourned because an insufficient number of holders of the Company's common stock were present to constitute a quorum. Accordingly, the Annual Meeting was adjourned without the election of directors taking place, and under applicable law, the incumbent directors will continue as board members. Shareholders having refrained from attending in person or by proxy will be informed by a separate notice of adjournment.

The meeting will reconvene Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Central European Standard Time at the Forschungs- und Entwicklungszentrum of the University Witten/Herdecke located at Alfred Herrhausen Street 44, Witten, Germany 58455.

Voting results will be publicized on this website as well as by email circular to our shareholders' mailing list.
